I completed my RFQ today and the binders worked perfectly! Everyone in the office was very impressed and we all felt proud to send them out. I wanted to let you know that the dice were such a big hit at the show! Everyone said we had the best giveaway at the show and our competitors and the big hitters were at this show. I want to take a moment to let you know how much I enjoy working with you. You always promptly follow up on all of my requests. In fact, you help me stay on top of my orders. I had been placing all of my orders with a competitor and was very unhappy with the customer service I was receiving from them. Several Dell people said "call Ken Scholz at Companygear." I decided to call you and place a very small order. Even though it was small, you treated me as I was just as important as the person who had a very large account. I knew right away that I had made the right choice.
